Oh my god!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only joking

Looks like I'm first, so I get the easy job.

Buckets of great content, backed up with pics, and top menu works for me, so I bet you are doing well with your keywords.

Not a great fan of the font colour schemes but thats prob more personal choice. The blue text looks good, but there are lots of differnet colours and shades, light blue (mailing list), menu blue, orange and red.

Don't like the header, text is a bit 1980's scifi, and you have a brilliant logo, but its pixalated in the header, which doesn't help.

The header seems wasted space. It would be a good way to get your message over quickly to a new visitor, maybe:
"PSP - servicing and refurbishing swimming pools, spa's, sauna's and steam rooms since 2002. Call now 0844 556 1246" and then a better quality version of your logo.

Hope that wasn't too painful

Hi Mark,

I would say the same, the header could say so much more, even a good use of images would give it some ooomph, content is there nicely, I would maybe go with a white background though, the soft blue feels a bit dated, turn the text to 'justified' so it sits a bit neater on the page, I feel there are too many navigational/menu links at the top, but expect this is opinion only.

The site works, its easy to navigate and all the info is there! I think it just needs a wee spring clean, great stuff!

(I know your area, Biggin Hill (Waitrose) lived in Petts Wood for a wee while)

Personally I don't love the colour scheme either (I mean I understand swimming pool = blue, but really not sure about the orangey-yellow text on the left) but it's definitely not eye-bleeding which is the important bit.

It doesn't leave the viewer in any doubt about what you do, which is good.

You've got a load of typos and abused apostrophes, and your text seems to keep switching tenses.

You ask customers to call on the "above" phone number but that number is part of a graphic in a font that isn't so easy to read... except navigating my way around the site, the font changes... actually now it seems to have disappeared altogether, are you editing as we speak?
