Hi Kev

It looks like a straightforward wp blog rather than a site?

Not a fan of the lime green, the links are quite pale on a white background.

Not sure why you would display your CV on there, unless you are actively job hunting? If so, then hope your current employer knows?

If you just want to show of skills and experience, then there are better ways of doing it, incorporate it into the about me page.

its a simple, minimal and clean layout. Which is great, because it loads quickly and is easy to navigate. I agree with Steve though, the lime green is a little too light, and is especially hard to read the links on the right hand side.

Other than that, i think it looks good.

Also you home page is just a blog, which doesnt make it clear what you actually do. Have your blog posts on a /blog instead, and make the home page nice clean and clear, to the point.
