Thats a good point from Kip, maybe the mod's should think about a set number of posts before newbies can get reviews.

But I can see Tom's done some posts so seems a decent guy.

Ok Tom, your footer says design by "free CSS templates" and it shows buddy, it has the template look.

If your in the CRM software market, then having the screen shot of your product at the top is good, but the whole thing has a 1990's feel to it.

Arriving on your site, unless I'm hardcore interested in your offering, I'd simply go somewhere else. It needs to be sexy, in your face, web 2.0 and big buttons. Look at other big ecommerce sites, then compare them to you.

But looks is one thing, conversion ratios and sales is the magic formula, so take stock, check those percentages, if they're working for you, then what do I know
