constructive criticism for our website please

Hello everybody, we have just had a new look website re launched and would like to know peoples reviews in detail to improve our users experience on our site.

I would appreciate your review and any feedback you may have for us to help us improve.

I really liked it.

The site and images looked elegant (just what you want when you're selling affordable luxury).

The text and images presented the "offer" in ways that each of your target audiences would find appealing. I particularly liked the touch of adapting the car ribbon colour to suite the bride's themes.

I liked the opportunity given on the site to "join the conversation".

The site was easy for me to navigate around.

You'd got text links for your images.

Very professional looking and easy to navigate. Can't really find any fault!

thanks for taking the time looking at our site it's very important for us to see if peoples userbility and experience is the best it can be, from the time a potential client comes onto the site to dropping them off at their destination.

Our brand is our clients, if we had no clients we wouldn't have a brand!

Looks the business Nice and clean, logical, good title tags.

Only minor criticism from me is I didn't find it instantly obvious what you do, but I guess people would arrive after a targeted search, "looking for a chauffeur in essex"

The main image is the interior of a car, with a strap line about Harrods. The name NJS Executive isn't obvious what you do, and you have a natural gap between your logo and your tel number.

If it was me, I'd be tempted to add a strap line that clearly tells the world what you do. Maybe the same as your title tag "Exceptional Chauffeur Driven Car Service In Essex"

Its like a very nice website. I only had a quick look and only thing I noticed from it was that your URL structure could be better. I noticed you had /index.php in the url of every page.

You should try and remove it

But other wise a very nice website, it looks like a wordpress site?

This site is better than the previous. Clean site, goes with the image. I agree with Steve, it's not obvious from your name what you do. However, the images compensate and do the job. Having said that it's not also obvious what we do from our name.

Hi everyone,

I appreciate all of your comments all to about the strap line and what we do but I would like to raise the comment of the name Google or funky pigeon that doesn't really tell us what they do either, its a very hard one because its neither right or wrong I feel. I believe a good company that markets themselves properly people don't care to much about the name in my opinion.
I will look into the index.php on how to remove that as I agree it could be better but i don't know if there's a way around that or not as I'm not a web teckie.

I value all of your comments and feedback as I feel that this is the most important information any successful business needs to thrive.

True, but now you have moved into Brand. Things like Google, Redbull etc have instant recognition, which either takes years of loyal following or obscene marketing budgets we can only dream about. That said, never heard of funky pigeon?
