Site redesign, thoughts please.

Hi,

Been a long time since I posted on here but back doing some work on the website and thought you guys might be able to help.

We cut down the site a lot to try and get all of the information across quickly and in one place, so please have a look and share your feedback.

Only a quick in and out, comments so far ...

Liked the appearance of the site - cleen, green and simple so the graphics and text seemed well-suited to the business "mission".

A little annoyed with the About Wrel page - I had to read through paras about EU directives before I found out anything about you. Why make an avid customer wait???????

Overall, the site looks pretty good, but heres my comments.

1. mobile phone number - big mobile phone number on the home page, to me it says 1 man band. Could you not use a landline? If your regularly out with clients, use a VA.

2. The big 3 icons on the home page look like they should be links.

3. SEO - Hmmm, I'd have a chat with your designers. To quote "Developed and SEO by Bramble Business SEO and Web Development"

Your url structure is terrible - eg /index.php?option=com_contact&view=contact&id=1&Ite mid=6 - That's the URL to your "contact us" tab. Ask your webdesigners to do a URL rewrite for you. They'll know what it is, and it will help your pages get indexed.

If they've SEO'd your site, then ask them to have another look, eg page titles could do with some work.

4. A favicon wouldn't go amiss

5. Broken inages on your services page (/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=18&It emid=3)

I think your site just needs cleaned up a little, this site has a similar look to your but is alot cleaner and easier on the eye.

I agree with whats said above your contact page should read homepage.com/contact-us.htm

simple and clean.

The site is quite good, but I have noticed some points that need some more work.

- The green strip in the middle has been given a noticeable extra large space. Reduce it a bit.
-The site url below the big green strip seems of no use.
- I haven't read the content, but add some more content of quality.
