It might be best to ask for advice on the new site rather than the old one

yes its a bit bizarre asking folk to review a website when its going to be replaced soon. I hardly think people will bother wasting their time.

Thank you for your time .

Although we will have a new website , the previous one will still work for a long time , because most of our old clients get used to old website . Our new website will have much things from the old one and adding sth. new .

New website won't take the place of the old one until all users get used to the new one .

Best regards ,

Helen

Why???
How are the old users going to get use to the new site without showing it to them?

All websites have face-lifts and improvements (or at least they should do!) and users get use to it. If you have major concerns then split test the old and new site and attached a poll or short research questionnaire to the new site to get the old clients views. This not only shows you value their opinions but also gives you the views of what the users ACTUALLY think of the new site.

You may also find that the new site, which has better functionalities, increases the retention of the older clients and increases their spend with you.

Confused

Glad you're changing your old (existing) site as it's not good. But I think you're wasting everybody's time on this one......
