I'm sorry, I really don't like it! I like to see white in a site but there is too much white on here.

There is no proper navigation and I am having to think my way around it. Why isn't there any navigation regarding the product categoies?

The homepage is too empty for my liking - but you might not have completed this as you said it is in working progress.

Also for me the product images on the category page are too small as I can't see that the product is properly.

It's much simpler - which I like.

You need to tell your potential customers what benefits they'd obtain from buying each product in your range. If I forked out on the purchase price, for example, would my skin improve, would I sleep better or what?

Given the nature of your business, you'd probably need to quote independent surveys justifying each claim made.

At present, I think your strategy may be to sell on price to the small percentage of the potential market that knows what products it wants to buy (and why). If so, this strategy doesn't seem a wise one for a small business.

No real point in reviewing a website that is not finished

And I also assume your search for a web designer is over?

I'm guessing you're in mid tweak! As the home page just chnaged again

I saw your urgent request for a web designer recently, did you not get a favourable responses?

Hope I'm not speaking out of turn, but sometimes, well at least for me, I tend to spot where I have knowledge or skill gaps, and buy in that expertise, which then free's me up to do things that I can do, like SEO, marketing etc.

The actual cost of getting someone else to do it, works out cheaper than me taking 10 times longer, and probarbly not doing such a good job.

Obvioulsy if it is a web dev who's doing the site, I'll get my coat and shut up

Red face again?

Hiya mate, you've asked for quite a lot of feedback recently, as well as website help.

People are only too happy to help, and spend precious time reviewing your site, but wait until you've finished and your happy with it, then ask for feedback and comments.

Otherwise, it keeps changing everytime we refresh

The forums are a 2 way thing, so see if theres any help you can offer other members, or maybe give your opinion on other peoples website review requests.
