Ok, will try to be objective, but cant deny that I get excited when I see helicopters
Determined to learn to fly, if I can ever find any spare hours!!Right, site wise, looks pretty good to me, obvious what you are, good call to actions etc. Not so keen on the big pics on the right, helicopter looks ok, but stock pics of groups of people doesn't work for me. Site doesn't sit in a 1024x768 browser which I think is still the standard, so I have to scroll from left to right. Page titles are close to keyword stuffing, and are duplicated on some pages. A good one is the "charter tab", but gift lessons, student area etc are the same titles. Overall though, I like it.

I liked the site too.
Minor suggestions:- I felt it was ever so slightly wordy (my site is too!). Could you go through your text looking for stuff you could take out without losing any impact? Also would using bullet points help you get over the same information more concisely? Perhaps proofread it again? I thought there were a couple of typos (eg I think you used shore at one stage when the text suggested you meant short) Don't over-emphasise the "newness" of Phoenix Helicopters and do highlight the experience and evidence-based competence of your pilots and trainers (eg you've helped several trainees pass their flying qualifications in much less time than they might have expected). If I were buying a helicopter trip for a family member, I'd want to be very sure they'd be safe with you! In the phone contact details, could you give a named person / job title for enquirers to contact? If I wanted to talk to someone about helicopter training, for example, I'd be happier if I knew I was talking to the tutor rather than an administrator. You probably have enough staff for this approach to be feasible. These are all minor quibbles but I hope the comments are helpful. Best wishes Linda |
