My welcome is barely a month old, I welcome constructive criticism and based on the feedback I will take it on board and use it effectively to work on my website.

Okdokey, phew, where to start

One thing I often say to people, if you landed on your own site, would you be enticed to buy anything?

I'm assuming you have been given a template site, and you needed to fill in your own details. Main thing is inconsistant font sizes, just look at your My Story tab. In your categories, some links are bold, some aren't.

The email address doesn't look very professional, and why are you displaying 0044 for the telephone number? Are you expecting international sales?

Look at another UK Forever Living site to get an idea, eg Forever Living Independent Distributor

Being an MLM business, online wise you will have a hard time with conventional SEO, as you are competing with lots of similar sites using the same template and products.

If you can engage a web designer, they could create a simple but effective site which would give you a much better conversion chance. Heres a nice example, a simple clean site selling Forever Living products. - Natural Aloe Vera Products by Forever Living

If you were a customer, which site would you buy off?

Sorry if I came over as harsh, but hope it helps.

Agree with Steve's points and would add things like the email address not being the same as the domain name would be off putting, having your mobile number on the site would devalue the size of your online presences.

I have mention this in other posts on the forum people must see their websites as actual business premises and think if this was a bricks and mortar shop how would it look to the customers, in this instance it would look rather disjointed and thrown together as oppose to being a slick well fitted out shop.

All the above said please do not rush out and spend a fortune on a new website until you are convinced the business model works, there are many stages that can be tried first before ploughing thousands in to an e-commerce site.

Good luck!

I thought most of the pics were good, apart from one fuzzy one measuring someone's waist or something.

The site would me much improved by making the fonts more consistent, that was the most undesirable thing for me.

But I wouldn't buy from an online shop where the email didn't match the domain.

And I didn't see an address so I'm not sure who I'm dealing with which would also put me off.

I hope that helps.

Regards

Tom
