Default Cloud4 new website

to celebrate our first birthday we launched our all new website on 29th July. We put lot of work into it and feel we did a decent job.. However there is nothing quite like user feedback..

So forum as part of our development strategy tell us what you think and what we could do better...

Site is Welcome to CLOUD 4 COMPUTERS, cloud based IT solutions for your business

Thanks in advance

Phil

Hi Phil

I took a quick look at your site, so not and in depth extensive comment

First thing I would say is I am not a fan of phone numbers that might make people think premium 0333 means to me abroad or premium rate, whilst I know this is probably not the case it would give me enough doubt not to phone you, I would suggest either a traditional area code number or 0845 or 0800 number are at the very least a note under the 0333 saying local rate etc.

I took a quick look at the backup page and read the text (which is unusual for me) I prefer less blocks of text an more graphics, you mention no setup fees, I would make that a graphic at the top of the page and also a 30 day free trail graphic, if these two items are shown as graphics you would be telling me that for me there is really no risk for me to sign up, no fees and 30 day trail at that stage I might begin to read all text.

Hope that helps

To be fair, I quite like it, and very seldom do I disagree with Tomsk, but I think you have it right with text, better for content, and I am a Graphic freak, but content is King, it is easy to navigate, obvious what you do, and I like the quick navigational in the slider, I argue against the cloud computing thing quite often, but that does not change the fact that your site works.

Thumbs up from me

Nice and obvious what you do, nice clean site, with Tomsk with the telephone number. Although these are cheap, most people don't understand what they are, so maybe a quick explanation.

If it was me, I'd make your testimonials more obvious, maybe have them as a tab.

Top job though

Thanks Tomsk, Re the 0333 number, this number was brought into to replace 0800 etc as it is a Free phone number from landlines and some UK mobile carriers too. More calls are made from mobiles than landlines now so people with 0333 included in thier bundle will be happy to call that wouldn't call an 0800.

Good idea on the graphics on the backup page I'll speak to the desinger on that one!

Cheers

Phil

Been away - and still playing catch up... ...so belated happy birthday.

Mind you tomsk and others have summed it up all quite well, so keep up the good work!
