You don't have to be local - our customers are from all over the UK. You can even use a photo of our premises on your website just to add that extra touch of looking professional.

And unlike many other virtual office services, we are actually a professional serviced office premises, so we look and act the part. Your clients can Google our postcode and find our building is real, and not some room in some obscure building in the back of beyond!

Our service to you is personalised. We alert you when post arrives; we even try to describe it so you know if it's important - i.e. if it's marked as HMRC - including if its marked form a particular section such as VAT - or Companies House or whatever else is marked/stamped on the envelope.

This way, you might choose to have it forwarded on to you straight away, or save up your mail to forward to you once a week or every couple of weeks. We'll also tell you if we receive what we know to be, or what looks like, junk mail, magazines, etc, which we can discard for you if you wish. Basically, we'll help you reduce postage costs as much as possible.

To give you an example of the postage costs for our mail forwarding service, an A5 envelope containing 1-2 letters costs you just one first class stamp. An A4 envelope containing 4-5 letters costs around £1 (based on recent Royal Mail costs). So you see, it's not really that expensive. And in this paperless world we live in, many businesses don't get that much letter mail these days, especially if you are a new business, or perhaps just a sole trader or small business.

We don't charge any handling and packing fees, nor for the envelopes, nor any extra for taking your mail to the Post Office, or for arranging Special Delivery at the counter. It's all included in the price. All you pay is the actual postage costs by sending us some additional credit to cover those costs (we ask for £10 a time to save on invoice processing costs).

Most of our clients don't actually get any mail, or not much at all, they just use us for being able to use the address for display purposes, but not always as a trading address or as a mailing address for their business correspondence.

Our local clients pop in to see us, sometimes they have time for a chat and a coffee when collecting their mail so if you are local to Doncaster, we are not too far away to drive to. We've even dropped mail at a clients home on our way home before! We are friendly, informal and help you where we can to minimise your business costs.
