I am happy to work out an incentive scheme for MLF members who pass decent leads and also a further incentive if I get the work.

I can only do an incentive though if it's not on an offer price. It will have to be on my normal pricing structure otherwise I'll be living off bread and jam and living in a tent, camped up in the local park!

I have my own ideas for incentives but it's not what I think would incentivise, it's what would incentivse MLF member. So, as any fab marketing bot would do, I will start looking at this via a bit of research, therefore...............

I'm not bothered about an incentive for the lead, only if it converts to order. Got an enquiry today for seo & ppc upto £1k a month spend on both. Im not expecting it to be a one-off month from the conversation though equally, I dont know how long either. I dont want to take on and sub out so being able to pass on any ppc leads would be my preference. ps an incentive doesnt have to be monetary for me either

The one off incentives I had in mind for a converted lead and based on 8% of initial monthly spend (min of £30) are a choice between:
a) A monetary payment
b) A Love2Shop Gift Voucher
c) 6-12 bottles of wine (I am wine buff and have a wine tasting diploma from a former life so don't buy rubbish but the quality and quantity will be based around the 8%)
OR
d) Continued discounted charges on any one of the marketing or website management services me/MagnifyB offer that might be of use/interest to your company. The discount will start at 8% but will increase (by 2% per client) the more clients I gain from direct leads passed to a max discount of 20%. The discount charge will be applied for the life of the client you pass through.

I can only offer choice D above on full priced services (so not the PPC Management offer running Sept and Oct) Soz
