Following that through logically, people have bought stuff from a wholesalers and are reselling on ebay.

So I'd say no, go and talk directly to the wholesaler (or manufacturer!)

Yes, ebay is one of the nice place for Wholesale Shopping. You can do wholesale shopping through ebay. There are many centers for wholesale shopping, you can try for other also. You can buy directly through whole-sellers in order to purchase the items in reasonable price.
