It's a good idea - a lot of work though for potentially no sale.
Also - how would you deal with selling a site ranked number one on Tuesday only to get a call from a customer on Friday saying their site has now dropped to position 89.

If the client then wants the site to rank for another keyword then they have to be realistic in the amount of time it takes.
