Fat Reduction for Charity

OK, so its 2010 and weight loss is a huge must, so to make it more interesting, I have decided to do it sponsored, my starting weigh t was 21.4 stone and I am to be 18 stone in time for Project 65's Forces March.

I started a blog yesterday, and sold 4 adverts on there and raised £65 (ironic as Project 65 is the charity we are doing it for) thanks to Helen Stothard, Rosie Day, a young lad called Callum Fairhurst and of course so did we. (Kip FX Design)

So I am very excited about the initial kick off, what a great bunch of people I am lucky enough to know! Thankyou all so much

Its still on the cards (ish) was doing well then this frigging tender took up all my time, and my problem is that when I am busy I forget to eat, then at about 2-3 in the afternoon I remember!

My problem is routine not so much diet!
