Default I'm in Kips gang

So after having to listen to our man Kip bang on about Mac's and Apple, I've entered the church of Apple with an Ipad2, courtesy of my missus.

As phones go it won't fit in my pocket (the missus said my fingers are too fat for an iphone) but its a very shiny gadget, and am very impressed

So does this get me into the Apple gang?

I love shiny things too, really like the designs apple come up with, very sleek.

hmm I could highly suggest one app which is useful nowdays
the QR code Reader

off business topic; the annoying orange soundboard is hilarious!

other then that there's yahoo, skpe, facebook, twitter, tumblr and msn

Haha, you are officially in the Elite Gang, membership is an "Old Fashioned" at least once a year, or you get called a girl and booted out!

Hah

Yeah Apple like to do this thing once a year where they bring out something better to make you feel useless
I think my iPhone 4 will last me years, don't need anything more than this.
Unless they stop making updates for it and such

Top man! It is great, I freely admit to taking back everything I ever said about tablets and not seeing a market for it.

I want to check the forum, simply lift the clever magnetic case off the screen and it's ready to go, no waiting for a laptop to boot or come out of standby, its great!

Only issue I've found is some google tools like analytics's and adwords campaing screen won't display properly, you can't see graphs etc.

Dunno if this is something like a java update problem, or Google playing dirty

But for general surfing, even checking works Exchange email accounts, its superb!

Just need to learn now how to map a drive with a windows file server so I can view my photos without having to upload them via itunes....

I got an iPhone 4, lol does that count? I've learned to steer clear of the app store for a bit though, but it just too much fun. My workday is planned on it, my skype runs through it, and not my PC. It's just so convenient really. I'm in love with my phone and won't ever want another one.

Talking Reboot???

Lol knew it wouldn't take long! The screen stopped rotating, tried all the Apple help stuff, unlocking, locking the rotation etc, nothing.

Then on the AV forum, someone else with the same problem, hold the home button and sleep button which shuts it down! Then switch it back on again, and all fixed...

So you apple worshippers you kept that quiet, if in doubt reboot
