Default Computer says "No"

Morning, all techies out there. Can anyone help with my ipod problem? I attempted to charge it up this morning, by connecting to my PC as usual. It did not recognise my ipod in itunes. I've tried the usual re-set buttons on my ipod, but it is still frozen. Any ideas?

Yes, i know it's Friday 13th

Ooh, I have the same problem, any Apple techie's in here can help?

iPhone problems? MAC purists must feel really sick and not quite so smug now, long have they been able to say, I use MAC as they never go wrong, never have issues or viruses..

Could it be with iPhone that Apple have finally sold out the value's that made them great to be slaves to the volume market? The iPhone is manufactured in China by Foxconn where just about every other major brand PC is built.. Says alot really.

Blimey, Fri 13th!!! Never even noticed till you said

Had a similar problem with my Ipod touch, and not docking with the car stereo. Wouldn't reconise it. Turned out to be my lead, from the ipod to the stereo.

Bought a new lead from currys, which fixed my prob.

Are you all saying that I've got to drive all the way home without my ipod?

Well, I made it home, despite having to listen to the limited selection of a CD, rather than a great selection of 1400 tracks at my fingertips.

After more than 20 attempts of re-setting throughout the day and evening of Friday 13th, my ipod was still frozen. I gave up and went to bed. On waking on Saturday 14th, my ipod screen was displaying the apple. I pressed the re-set buttons, the screen sprung into life I've just connected to itunes, it recognised my ipod, and it's now all fine.

Friday 13th? Well, I never was superstitious.

Spooky!!!! That said Clive does stuff like this all the time, he just looks at his PC and it breaks for no obvious reason. I look at it, and it starts working.

My theory is he has bad computer karma
