I dunno, on holiday in the chavavan in cornwall, and have ended up using a Premier Inn 'puter just to catch up on the forum gossip. Missus thinks I'm in ASDA so had better scoot sharpish

Think it's time to get a 3G dongle for the lappie...

Steve I use a pay as you go T mobile dongle for when I travel, no contract just top it up when I need it.

It was actually better than expected Looks like the weather was a bit cooler than back home, and the little one seems to sleep better in the caravan than at home. Uh oh, looks like the pikey gene is strong...

Agreed!

When at isle of white fest this year (yes i know, enjoy the music) I had nothing! Besides my iPhone, but its just not the same!

Dongle's are the way forward, but still, I think their useless

I think coverage seems to be the issue, areas where you tend to be camping are normally away from large towns, and so less likely to get decent if any coverage
