How do I put a picture up?

I assume you mean an avatar (picture of yourself/logo etc).
Go to your user control panel (top left of screen) in the menu on the left, under settings and options, you will see "edit avatar". You can either choose one of the ready made ones, or upload your own. Hope that helps. I've also deleted some of your obscure posts, as you were monopolising someones welcome thread
