If one more person tells me they can save money off my phonebill...
Ahhhhh!
We must be on some telecomms data list, because every call centre in the world must have phoned us over the last 2 months. "Can I speak to the person responsible for the BT Bill please..." No **** off! Had 2 calls today, even the scripts the same... grrrrrr

Similar story here Steve...cept mine usually say:
"Edo...pease to sweak wid a manader pease." "Why?" "Oh edo sirree, is you de personage o pay de fon bill?" "Yes...next question." "Aghhh, god sirree, I caw today to tes you ow I can saze you uney on de fon charge." "Thanks, but if you must insist on bothering me please at least do me the courtesy of speaking Queen's English!" "Padon sirree, I did not frollow wat ye sad." See phone call terminated, time for a coffee and wait until the next one
