Traffic Wardens

Ok - i just wanted to rant about the fact ive just been given a parking ticket

Im parked right outside the office on the street - ok there is a 2 hour limit, which i did exceed - yes im guilty but whats the harm in where im parked?

Im not blocking anyone, not taking up a space outside a busy corner shop - so whats the problem?

I cannot see how this can be perceived than anything other than revenue generating

Who would want to be a traffic warden anyway? What job satisfaction would you get - cold & wet walking in the winter, hot sticky days in the summer Oh and then theres the abuse from disgruntled motorists, no i did refrain from having a go.

Thoughts?

Kerri had to pay for a ticket of mine the other day! I tend to forget where the car is! Left it in the carpark overnight across the road, ah well! Such is life!

I hate them when I had my moped when I used to work for MLS I got a ticket in my local town for parking in the street.

Now bearing in mind bikes in stratford upon avon can park anywhere for free.

So anyway I go a ticket and I went and argued it becuase I am on a moped where do they really think I could have put a bit of paper?

The Guy who also put the ticket on my bike took off the paint from the adesive glue!

Here is a good 2 points that baffle me.

where i work, sign says loading and unloading between 9am to 4pm but they get ticket, for obstruction, had a few deliveries loose there case for that.

the one i dont understand. is a road near me. will get pic tomorrow

sign says T junction( dead end)
sign says One way traffic
for the same road on the approach going in


so how do you get out
