Better get my debit card ready !
Right lack of sleep & crabby so time to have a rant ....
New proposals going through Parliament soon could see a crack down on "anti social" driving - BBC News - On-the-spot fines planned for careless driving
This is all well and good but will it tackle the idiots that hog the middle or outside lane at crawling speeds thus forcing people who actually want to do the speed limit to either undertake or "flash" their lights to make their intention known.
Further still we all know the curse of the uninsured driver, i think it was quoted recently that an uninsured driver puts around £100 per year on our premiums - we have the technology now (ANPR) to catch these morons out. Would it not be better money spent increasing the purge of these menace to our Society and not pick on the easier targets of those that fracture not break the Law.
Hmm in need of coffee - let me know your thoughts, (to the above not my addiction to coffee )
