Religion, Politics, Rants and all things Controversial Ok, good old fashioned debate. Not for the faint hearted, but keep it non offensive, clean and tempers in check...

Default Mould and Bleach

Why do people think that Bleach is the answer to every stain in the world.
I was bought up to the understanding that if it says it does it on the label then it does, if it dont say it then it dont. Bleach dont say it does, so it dont.
It does not even smell nice unless it has a lemon smell to it.Lol

Bleach does not work it only covers it up, bleach didcolours the florets and feeds the rooting system with moisture, so that is why it grows back with a vengeance. the only reason it does not come back is because the cause of the mould has been cured, mould is the symptom of a cause, stop the cause the problem goes away.

Must admit, would never have considered using bleach for that.

Only place we get mold is the dam bathroom. Redecorated, stripped it, proper bathroom ceiling paint, and boom, 3 months later bloody mold comes back

Apparently its down to poor ventilation from the shower, so going to have to chuck in a decent extractor fan

Cos it smells nasty. It's like medicine - the worse it tastes, the better it must be for you*.

if you can smell that musty smell, then you are breathing in harmful mould spores.

We use so many chemicals for our job, so never trouch bleach. But at the end of the day what is causing the problem and stop it in its tracks. Most of my clients have problems as they do not what to heat the air and complain when they get mould?

Well it keeps us in business?
