How can anyone do this?

Im just reading the news with a coffee, kick start the morning.

I was in a good mood (yes just this once!) until i read this article - BBC News - Newcastle woman in £150,000 scam must pay back just £1

How can anyone steal from their Grandmother Then the selfish wotsit (yea i will be polite) pleads poverty and cant pay the debt back - im speechless - she should be forced to sell everything she has until the debt is paid, if she cant do that she should be forced to take out a loan & pay it back that way. If she cant do that - bloody go & get a job & pay it back. Its so wrong !!!!

Not to mention pretending to have terminal cancer - having lost my father to the dreaded big C i hope she never has to go through what my family did when Dad was dying - oh my blood is boiling now !!!

More coffee required now - off to put kettle on

Absolutely disgusting, at least she's been sent down for 3 years, that will give her plenty of time to feel guilty. Though no doubt she will prob be out in 12 months for good behaviour
