Social media is one of the important tools to identify a your target audience and also potential customers for your business. Various factors about the person need to be considered to get your message across and that too, to the right people.

Seems like a longer view has to taken when you start using social networking to market you business. Its good to engage and seems that the people who offer the most support, answers, links to content gain quite well from it but this requires quite a bit of time and/or man/woman power.

To be honest it can be a bit of a burden. Suggest that you spend what amount of time you can that doesn't interfere to make with the urgent things you have to do from day to day.

Remember that Social Media isn't new - it's at least 15 years old now.

Social networking websites play a great role in terms of giving online recognition to any website. It takes some time to build a networking on these websites, however once the network is built promoting your business and posts becomes easy.

Default Social Media

With globalization and the rise of technology social media serves as a platform for pulling customers irrespective of geographical boundaries. I think that all businesses should incorporate social media into their client engagement processes or risk getting left behind.

I think it definitely depends on the business.
My business is not designed for the masses therefore social marketing is not high on my priority list.
If you're business is designed for the masses then sure it will work for you.
