I am from Florida. Will be trying to branch out my Florida based motorcycle accesseries business in coming months here in Uk, any advice on accounting, hiring employee, renting whare housing space etc.

Hi,

I am working on two options.
One to oppiont the distributor for UK and EU.
Open up my own LLP.
My entire business is on Internet and would like to find some place in small nice town in the out skirts of London if i deceide to run it under my supervision. That place is need to establish my wahrehouse/shipping point.
There is much freedom of Location when you are running a busisnes that depends on internet. any suggestion, advice, input will be much appreciated.

I would say that if you wanted an Accountant then there are plenty of members here that can assist, I would suggest to see if there is anyone on here that has a keen interest with your trade as this will only help the relationship.
London although is a lovely place, the outskirts of town are not really London they are generally located in different area codes, and with the flexibility of location not being an option there are plenty of places further afield which will offer low cost warehousing and storage facilities. I am based in N Wales just outside Chester and there are plenty of Warehousing companies up here and many couriers/haulage firms to help distribute. If you want me to recommend some I would be happy to do so.

Thank you so much. Useful input. Flexibility of choosing location is an advantage in my business, Can locate anywhere for that matter. My 100% sales are on the Internet but I want to expand it to motorcycle stores and motorcycle trade shows both in UK and EU. I need a whorehouse / shipping point not for for away from international port or airport. I am not sure if I can add my website address saddleline.com
The second option is to appoint the distributor for UK and EU. My products are highest end motorcycle accessories and know name brand In the US.
I very much appreciate you offer for help. What you do for living if I may.
