Starting point has to be - contact the British Embassy in Argentina. THey've a wealth of free information and contacts that could be useful to you.

If you're a small business, though, remember that doing business at a distance is always difficult (the ideal customer lives next door to you, always wants your goods and pays up immediately you've delivered!). If you plan to export, then you've got further problems to deal with (eg export procedures, packaging, currency issues, etc).

You are right about business at a distance, for this issue I will try with Brazil too. But I am interested in England because the exisiting exchange (Peso argentino-Pound).
