Talking Newbie here

Hi folks

I can't remember how I got invited to this forum, but I've looked around a bit and so far, it looks like a nice place to visit with other folks in business like myself.

About me:
I'm a 36 year old woman hailing from St Paul/Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. I love my friends and family, and of course my Persian cat, Queen.

In my spare time, I love cooking, reading, old movies, computers, walking, snowball fights, and my favorite holiday is Christmas. My birthday is April Fool's Day, so I get ribbed a lot for that (and pranks played on me). I also love to volunteer with several organizations locally, including the Jaycees/Junior Chamber International, Maplewood Historical Society and my local high school alumni association. My favorite colors are green and purple, and my favorite food is probably anything homemade (like stew or soup).

My trade of choice is web design, been doing web design and graphics since about 1998, so I've a few years now under my belt I got interested in web sites and how they work right around the time I first got online, and haven't looked back.

Currently, I have 40+ clients in the US, mostly limited to the St Paul/Minneapolis area and stretching into Wisconsin and Iowa, but I've recently started working on sites for folks in Canada, as well.

I'm always looking to network with other business owners, and my audience is really limited to small businesses and non-profits, but am open to working with individuals (like for wedding websites, crafts, artisans, family sites, etc.).

Looking forward to getting to know you all better soon, and seeing what we can share with and learn from each other!

-Bobbi Jo
