Welcome aboard PC repairs. Tried my own PC support last week.
Bought a new HP Laserjet for the office, took out of the box, plugged it in, expecting a 5 min install. Instead dam thing destroyed our print server, spawning tens of thousands of print requests, and brought the server down  2 days later, after throwing the new one through the window, have now switched back on the good old HP4050N printer, and ordered a new toner cartridge... ...stress levels back to normal, new HP Printer now used as a door stop  Dunno how you do it, PC repairs and support are for people with much more patience than me
