I clicked on this because being from Minnesota, I found it interesting that perhaps there would be another Minnesotan around here to chat with.
To answer your question, biz-angel, this person does Search Engine Marketing (SEM)--at least that is what they were linking to in their post. Unfortunately it looks like this post was simply a way for this person to get back links (which I gather from their post's title...I'm pretty sure SEM is not related to Weddings in Minnesota!).
