I'm a virtual assistant; it's basically office dogsbody but not in the office. I take on other people's time-consuming jobs like research, filing, or envelope-stuffing. I'm also doing an increasing amount of copy writing and proof reading.
I suspect your job gives you more to talk about at parties, though.
