One for Legal Bods
I was wondering if we have a legal bod on the forum? Needs to be someone who knows allot about debt law and might be able to give me some advice on a question I have.

Yep - CAB would be your best bet or maybe even CCCS may know - or feel free to DM me, used to be in banking and did Banking law exam, though some years ago so may be a bit rusty!
