Its every month now - they crawl recalculate the Panda page scores then push the results approx once per month.

So if you have been hit you need to fix your site up. Wait for your pages to be recrawled. Then wait again for the next update.

yes, we'll be meeting Panda few more times in this year, may be few hundred times according to some sources.
The reason being that the search engine developers are fine tuning the ranking algorithm to make the engine more sharp and wise and to filter the trash, so the resulting influences are obvious in the web pages placements.
