Running a business generates a whole host of new challenges, which you never would have thought of when you were working for someone else, which is why it takes a special kind of indvidual.

But can you imagine checking your results for the last quarter and seeing you made a £9.5m ($15.3m) loss?? ![]() Ryan Air has just reported this loss in its October to December figures, although it's smaller than they expected! Their CEO, Michael O'Leary is a character, with his famous "if you dont like us, then fly with someone else" style of customer service, but do you think you could handle the kind of pressure he must be under? Seems so casual in the report and then to say it was less than expected, cool & calculated
