Following up on the working from home comment by VirtuallyMary.
I was told the same by my accountant. He advised me to put a simple licence in place to basically say that the business has access to one room in the house but it is shared use. You can then charge the business a licence fee to contribute to things like utilities. Just make it sensible and show the working (like maths exams...) Having something between the owners of the house and the business in writing will help ensure no confusion. On the serviced office comments - cheaper than Manchester! Won't get much change from £200 up North unless you opt for shared offices.
