Mr Site support
Has any body used their support recently, unable to get a simple answer to a question about moving a domain name. Their package is good, but their support is bad?
 Anybody else had any bad experineces?

Just a quick message to let you know Mr Site is launching lots of great new support features over the next few weeks - including a knowledge base of hundreds of support articles called the Learning Academy and free live chat support from 5:30am - 1:30am GMT Monday - Friday and 11:00am - 6.00pm GMT Saturday - Sunday. Just to clarify...
I'm not really sure what you're asking here - whether you want to move to another host or move the domain to you new Mr Site package? I'm going to ask the support team to give you a call this afternoon - get this cleared up for you quick as possible.

And on another positive note, glitches on the new PSP Swimming Pool Services site are now a thing of the past, and should have the site finished tomorrow, then its SEO SEO SEO!
