Hello mhea

Your information is a bit light.

Here's a starting place: http://www.mylocalforums.com/seo-web...n-newbies.html

Why not explain what you have done so far, or which particular area you are struggling with.

Blimey, you're in a fiercely competitive market place, and up against household name competition

Question is, what can you offer that other sites don't? Why would a visitor stay around your site and browse as opposed to the multitudes of others? Whats your USP?

If you have a USP, then this is what you can concentrate on, ie blogs, articles etc. Become the mobile phone font of all knowledge on different forums.

Check the analytics of your current visitors, do they bounce, or do they stay on your site? This should give some idea if you are grabbing their attention or not.

Build up a business facebook profile and following, same goes with twitter, all good potential sources of traffic.

Hope that helps.

sjr4x4 is right. You are in a highly competitive market. I suggest that you join forums about cell phones. Think of keywords that you think searchers will type to find the product your are selling.

I also agree that making a Facebook page can really help you to get bulk of traffic. When you create a Facebook page you can connect it to your Twitter account and then every time you post updates in your Facebook page it will also be posted in your Twitter account.

Hope this can help.

Thanks

Well, I have found that one of the best ways to get traffic to the website is proting the website in the real world, as opposed to the on-line world.

The flyer expert will do a great job for flyers, then all you need to do is hand them out. With the type of product that you are selling, it may be advisable to go to some business exhibitions.

As for online traffic, the best advice I could probably give you is to speak to KipFX.

I hope this helps.
Alison
