Well, my company believes that Facebook is a good place to do business so we created a platform that provides others the ability to do just that.
Basically it's a piece of software that allows to create online shops and/or websites that integrate onto Facebook Fan Pages. We are just starting so we want to believe that yes, it is a good place to do business.

Social media is very impotent of invective marketing. As in web facebook stands at the top, It would be very bad idea to avoid facebook for good business.

The main issue with Facebook business pages is that they are very much separate from the personal profiles for which most active users of facbook use the site. I think it would be much more effective if the business pages could be arranged like a personal profile page so that you could 'friend' clients and other businesses to create more of an interactive network rather than a simple 'fan page' style layout.
