For those who has register their online business and sell from your own home, do you use your residential address to register your company or a virtual office?
Thanks for your advice~~

What's your reason for asking? I suspect people will choose different options depending on what products/services they are selling.

By the way, I've removed your duplicate post. Presumed it was an error!

I originally started off from my house, but used a PO box so I didn't give my actual home address.

I then decided to use my accountants address as our registered address because it sounded better, but many virtual offices will let you have this facility for a nominal fee.

If you are a limited company you should disclose the actual registered office of your company. If not and or If you are trading from a different address you should make this address clear also. I would give full contact details, Registered Address, Postal Address, Email Address, a named contact & telephone number.

I for one do not buy online from companies that don't supply all their true contact details or who hide behind PO box numbers. I am also sceptical about "08" phone numbers; I feel more trust is engendered if the phone number has an STD code that I can check resolves to the trading address.

Hope this helps
