I've been in the e-commerce website building business for over 10 years and I've never heard of CCavenue. I'd say PayPal, Google Checkout, WorldPay and SagePay.

I recommend that ecommerce stores have a blog section where they can easily add content to their website (share your knowledge about your products, and write posts on updates about your business so customers can stay up to date on changes and new products). You can set the blog up as a subdomain (eg. yourdomain.co.uk/blog).

It seriously depends. There are a lot of people out there that believe SEO is the be all and end all of marketing and making money on a site. That is not always the truth. Without seeing what you have done, how you've done it and the site in question I can neither confirm or deny. Maybe when you have enough posts to have your site reviewed, we can take a look at it and help where we can?

Great tips in the original post - all of these will help increase conversion rates on your website. A professional website designer should be able to offer these as well as other more in depth solutions to bring your business maximum benefit from your new website.
