Hi Prodata
Welcome to the forums! I'm no expert in this field, and have played around with IBM voice reconition stuff, but I've heard one of the best players in this field is Dragon. I'm pretty sure its compatible with Jaws. Best thing is to check out Nuance - Dragon NaturallySpeaking Speech Recognition Software and contact them direct.

From what I can see, Dragon will work with most windows based apps, including accounts packages.
Theres no reason why it shouldn't work with quickbooks or Sage, but I would contact the vendor to confirm compatibility. Contact Dragon NaturallySpeaking Sales Depending on the level of functionality required, budget, and the fact your client has Jaws screen reader, then another product called JSay might be worth a look? This seems to be a bolt on for Dragon and Jaws. What is J-Say? - NGT Inc.
