Cloud computing?
So these google apps will be in "the cloud"
All sounds very odd, yet another bunch of programs people on the shop floor will need to learn, until their internet connection breaks and no more cloud  Everyone just needs office 2003 on their PC, thats when everything worked and was straightforward

Spot on.
I use them but I have the forsight to have a 3g dongle as a backup. Jaguar will have to use a big 3g dongle when AT&T lose there network connection for them...
