Hiya Nick, you should be able to display an Avatar and picture straight away, so not too sure whats up.

If you email me the pic you want to upload, I'll have a looksee and work out what the problem is!

can you send to info (at) mylocalservices.co.uk and mark it "for Steve"

Thanks Steve. I just wasn't sure what the difference was between an Avatar (I thought that was a film ) and a profile picture. I've now added the Avatar which is now showing and also put a profile picture so you can see my happy smiling face. I might though change them round when I get a minute.
Cheers,
Nick

Yeah, I'm having the same problem uploading my profile pic. The size is within limits, I've tried several pics several times, but keep getting 'upload failed'

An active member is simply someone who joins in and becomes part of the community. It maybe infrequently, it maybe regularly, but when they post, it's a decent post, ie offering their opinion/advice or views, or asking a genuine question.

Unfortunately, as forums index content so well, it can become a haunt of low skilled SEOers who tend to ask 1 line questions in order to drop a link, or like to copy and post the same rubbish across multiple forums.

We have a simple saying, "if you're here to spam, then expect a ban"

I think like me you need a minimum post count of 10 to be able to see pics and have a link in your sig.
