Cool Bing

So what are people's thoughts on this new machine Microsoft have bought out?

I reliase it has been around for quite a while now but they did say 2010 would be the year they pushed and well having seen some of there adverts I have to agree.

Do you think it will over come and be the next search engine?

I know it index's pages much like Google does, I also found a good tool which allows you to compare your results in both on the same page

Google vs Bing checker

So what do people think? I know from doing some experiments in the past they compare nearly identical in listings

Bing appears to work for my business, everybody uses google and it is going to be hard for them to win new business, although we can promote it through forums?

Regards

Mark

From what I can see, its just a repackaged MSN with an odd name, unless bing is supposed to mean something?

Be interesting to see how the partnership pans out with Yahoo, and if this impacts any of Yahoos market share, which may no longer be on the scale of google, but is still considerable.

My homepage is Yahoo too. I think Google pretty much has the lion's share of the search market but Bing is being advertised on TV so who knows. Ask used to be pushed but has that really grown?
