OK. We've been through what you consider a reasonable period of time to hand over paper work but not what you consider to be satisfactory/good service. Also you mentioned that you have been through 8 accountants over the years. Over how many years would you say?

I would call a satisfactory service by an accountant to be someone who is competent in adding and subtracting for a start, good record keeping, an accountant who knows what has been paid in the previous quarter to the VAT man rather than trying to get me to pay it twice. For the accountant to work around the customer rather than the other way around. Someone who understands that when I fit reneweable energy products that these are VAT charged at a lower rate and because I've only charged the customer at the lower rate I should only pay the lower rate. Also to be as courteous on the tenth meeting as they were on the first. And finally when they offer to make you a cup of tea, to take the damn teabag out of the mug before serving!

We're just trying to understand how Barney has gone through quite a few accountants in a certain period time. We're sure we have thick skin, maybe not made of steel like superman but we try.

Our tea policy is highly sophisticated, we actually ask you how you like your tea and serve it to you without the teabag . You could you have it with the tea if requested as well.
